Have you wanted to, but never been able to do the splits? Not even close!? Well, we're here to let you know, it's not hopeless; In fact, with the right training it is very achievable!
Maybe you're almost there, and just need to make those last (few) inches? Or you used to be able to slide gracefully down, but the past few years you've lost it!
This class is for anyone, flexible or not! We will work daily towards achieving that much desired pose :)
A Flexibility flow class for all fitness levels! We will strengthen and stretch your hips and thighs to slide towards your stride splits.
Class options up to 5-days a week and homework to continue your journey to flexibility for your at home days.
The challenge will be to strengthen & stretch 5-6 days a week, in class or at home!
The PRIZE?! - Other than becoming more flexible! We will be taking a before and after pictures to track our progress. At the end of April, we will pick a *most improved* winner to receive a pamper package: which will include a gift basket and a 60 min massage gift certificate!
EVERYONE who completes over 30 classes in the program will receive a FREE 30 min massage gift certificate
EVERYONE who completes over 20 classes in the program will receive a FREE drop-in for one of our GLOW classes! That's right! We will REWARD you to attend more classes!
