Our unique class options 

Aerial Yoga : A unique approach to traditional yoga. Using a hammock to support the weight of the body to improve flexibility, balance and core strength.

  Class styles vary from low to high intensity 

           *Aerial Yoga Fitness

           *Aerial Yoga Stretch & Restore

           *Aerial Yoga Tricks & Flow

           *Conditioning/boot camp

(F) Fitness memberships grant you access to our Aerial Fitness classes such as stretch4splits, boot-camp, stretch & restore, & any of our aerial hammock/yoga fitness classes. Look for the (F) at the front of the class type on our schedule.

(S) We offer 8 - 12 week sessions which you can purchase individually or sign up for our unlimited member ship. Classes we offer 8/12 week sessions for include:

             *Aerial Yoga level 1 & 2

             *Kids Aerial Leveled Classes

             *Aerial Hammock Flips & Tricks

Pole Fit : A modification of pole dancing & conditioning. Utilizing the vertical bar to execute fitness moves, developing upper body and core strength. In these classes you will awaken your inner goddess, while improving coordination, posture, and flexibility.  Class styles

           *Pole Fit Levels 1-3

           *Pole Fit Accelerated Course

           *Choreography Classes

           *Floor work


(S) All courses are 8 week sessions or longer.

           *Pole Fit Levels 1-4

           *Accelerated Pole Fit Levels 1-3

Bungee Fit : Fun, Fabulous way to add cardio into your work out routine. Bungee will have you flying, jumping, laughing, and loving what we all hate CARDIO!

(F) Offered under our fitness membership as beginner drop in classes

(S) Offered in a reserved 8 week session for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The sessions are not offered under our fitness pass.

Aerial Silks : Beautiful, creative, and challenging art form that builds upper body and core strength. More challenging then both aerial yoga and pole fit classes. It is a great addition to anyone wanting to expand their aerial repertoire

(S) only offered under a sessions class at this time

         *Aerial Silks Level 1

         *Aerial Silks Level 2 +
