 8 Week bootcamp starting OCTOBER 1st 


Boost your metabolism, motivation and form good habits coming into the new school year

For this fitness course, we are going to increase your strength, flexibility, shed body fat and gain basic aerial skills!!


Our bootcamp includes any of our legs/hips strengthening to splits classes which involve lower body conditioning and stretching! (Trust me, you will still be sweating in these classes while working on that booty!)


Drop In - $15 (regular $25) 

10 Punch Pass - $100 (regular $190)

Monthly Unlimited - $135 (regular $195)
